利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、柴ライフ（ShibaLife、以下「本アプリ」）の運営者（以下「当方」）が提供する本アプリの利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをはじめて起動したときに「同意してはじめる」をタップすることで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。個人情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーのとおりです。

1. 本アプリについて

本アプリは、柴犬とのくらしとおさんぽを楽しむゲームです。本アプリのキャラクター、イラスト、音楽、文章その他の内容の権利は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。当方は利用者に対し、本規約に従い本アプリを個人的・非商業的に利用するための、譲渡できない非独占的な権利を許諾します。

2. ホシ・ホネ（ゲーム内のポイント）とアイテム

「ホシ」はApp Storeで購入できるゲーム内のポイント、「ホネ」はゲームを遊ぶことで貯まるポイントです。ホシ・ホネ、およびそれらで手に入れるアイテムについて、次のとおりとします。

• 現金その他の財産的価値はなく、現金・他のポイント・商品と交換できません。
• 本アプリの中でのみ使えるもので、他の人への譲渡、貸与、売買はできません。
• 利用者が所有するものではなく、本アプリの中で使う権利が許諾されているものです。
• 不具合、誤った付与、不正な方法による取得があった場合、当方は数量を修正することがあります。
• 購入・支払い・返金はAppleのApp Storeの仕組みと規約に従います。返金のご希望は、Appleの「問題を報告する」からAppleにお申し込みください。返金された購入に対応するホシは差し引かれることがあります。
• ホシで買えるのは見た目のアイテムなどで、ゲームを進めるために購入が必要になることはありません。
• 18歳未満の方は、保護者の方の同意を得てから購入してください。

3. SLケネルクラブ（広告なしの月額プラン）

• 料金はApp Storeの購入画面に表示される月額料金です。1か月ごとの自動更新で、更新日の24時間以上前に解約しない限り、同じ料金で自動的に更新され、Apple IDに請求されます。
• 内容：会員の期間中、本アプリ内の広告を表示しません。はじめて入会したときに入会特典のホシ（1回のみ）を、入会時とその後の更新ごとに毎月のホシをお届けします。数量は購入画面に記載します。
• 解約は、App Storeのアカウント設定、または本アプリの「設定」→「規約・プライバシー」→「サブスクリプションの管理・解約」からいつでもできます。解約後も、支払い済みの期間の終わりまでは会員の特典が続きます。
• 解約しても、すでにお届けしたホシはそのまま使えます。解約後はホシのお届けが止まり、広告が表示されるようになります。
• 日割りでの返金は行いません。返金はAppleの仕組みに従います。

4. アカウントとデータ

本アプリはサインインしなくても遊べます。サインイン（Appleでサインイン）すると、引き継ぎコードや友だち機能が使えます。アカウントは「設定」→「アカウント・データ」から、いつでも本アプリの中で削除できます。ゲームデータは主に端末内に保存されるため、端末の故障やアプリの削除に備えて、引き継ぎ・バックアップをご利用ください。当方の責めに帰すべき事由による場合を除き、データの消失について当方は責任を負いません。

5. 位置情報を使う遊び

おさんぽ機能は、実際の歩行や位置情報を使うことがあります。歩きながら画面を見続けないでください。交通ルールを守り、周囲の安全、私有地や立入禁止の場所、天候・体調に十分注意して遊んでください。おさんぽ中の事故やけがについて、当方は責任を負いかねます。

6. 禁止事項

• 本アプリやサーバーの改ざん、解析、不正なツール・改造アプリの使用、不具合を意図的に利用する行為
• ホシ・ホネ・アイテムやアカウントの売買、譲渡、現金その他との交換（リアルマネートレード）
• 他の人へのなりすまし、友だち機能での迷惑行為や、不適切な名前の使用
• 法令や公序良俗に反する行為、本アプリの運営を妨げる行為

これらの行為があった場合、当方は事前の通知なく、ホシ・ホネ・アイテムの修正、機能の制限、アカウントの停止・削除を行うことがあります。

7. 提供の変更・終了

当方は、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。有料のサービスを終了する場合は、合理的な期間をもって事前にお知らせします。

8. 免責

当方は、本アプリに不具合がないことや、利用者の特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方の責任は、その損害が生じた月に利用者が本アプリに支払った金額を上限とします。ただし、消費者契約法その他の法令により当方の責任が制限されない場合は、この限りではありません。

9. 規約の変更

当方は本規約を変更することがあります。変更する場合は、このページおよび本アプリ内でお知らせし、重要な変更の場合は、本アプリの中で改めて同意をおたずねします。

10. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out how you may use ShibaLife (柴ライフ, "the app"), provided by its operator ("we"). By tapping "Agree and Start" when you first open the app, you agree to these Terms. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

1. The app

ShibaLife is a game about living with, and walking, a Shiba Inu. The characters, art, music, text and other content belong to us or their rightful owners. We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app under these Terms.

2. Stars, Bones and items

Stars are in-game points you can buy through the App Store; Bones are points you earn by playing. Stars, Bones and the items you get with them:

• have no cash or other monetary value, and can't be exchanged for money, other points or goods;
• can be used only in the app, and can't be transferred, lent or sold to anyone else;
• are licensed to you for use in the app, not owned by you;
• may be adjusted by us to correct errors, mistaken grants, or anything obtained by cheating or fraud;
• are bought, paid for and refunded through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms. To ask for a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem. Stars from a refunded purchase may be removed.

Stars buy cosmetic items and the like; you never need to buy anything to progress. If you are under 18, please get a parent's permission before buying.

3. SL Kennel Club (the ad-free monthly plan)

• The price is the monthly price shown on the App Store purchase screen. It renews automatically every month at the same price, charged to your Apple ID, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• What's included: no ads in the app while you're a member; joining Stars the first time you join (once only); and monthly Stars when you join and at each renewal. The amounts are shown on the purchase screen.
• Cancel any time in your App Store account settings, or in the app at Settings → Legal & Privacy → Manage or cancel subscription. Membership benefits continue until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Stars already delivered stay yours if you cancel. After cancelling, no more Stars arrive and ads return.
• We don't give partial refunds for unused time; refunds follow Apple's process.

4. Accounts and data

You can play without signing in. Signing in (Sign in with Apple) enables transfer codes and Friends. You can delete your account at any time in the app, at Settings → Account & Data. Game data is mostly stored on your device, so please use Transfer & backup in case your phone is lost or the app is deleted. Except where it's our fault, we aren't responsible for lost data.

5. Location-based play

Walks may use your real steps and location. Don't keep looking at the screen while you walk. Follow traffic rules, stay aware of your surroundings, keep out of private or closed-off places, and take care with the weather and your health. We can't accept responsibility for accidents or injuries during walks.

6. Things you mustn't do

• Tamper with, reverse-engineer or attack the app or our servers, use cheats or modified apps, or deliberately exploit bugs.
• Buy, sell, trade or transfer Stars, Bones, items or accounts, or exchange them for money or anything else.
• Impersonate others, harass people through Friends, or use inappropriate names.
• Break the law, or interfere with running the app.

If you do, we may, without notice, adjust Stars, Bones or items, restrict features, or suspend or delete your account.

7. Changes to the app

We may change the app or stop providing it. If we end a paid service, we'll give reasonable notice first.

8. Disclaimer

We don't guarantee that the app is free of bugs or suits any particular purpose. Except for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for any loss arising from using the app is limited to what you paid us in the month the loss arose. This does not limit any liability that can't be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. We'll announce changes on this page and in the app, and for significant changes we'll ask you to agree again in the app.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute about the app.
